Q box can’t talk to mini boxes

The signal between sky Q box and mini boxes is repeatedly failing, fibre optic WiFi is absolutely ok so must be issue with sky equipment

The connection between the Q boxes doesn't use your WiFi.

 

Is this a new issue?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

So who is your broaband provider ?  If its sky what colour of router do you have black or white @
