I have 3 Q mini boxes which work fine until you playback a recording on the main box, as soon as you do this the mini boxes lose connection. Tried all the usual rebooting etc, but signals only restored once you stop the recording playback on the main box. This has only started to happen in the last week or so, all was fine before. I suspect a faulty main box.
The main box also quite regulary now loses the internet connection, albeit all other devices in the home stay connected. I have to do a power cycle of the box to regain the connection.

Hi @Zeen1957 In the following order:-
Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

Have tried reboot before many times. Did again in your suggested order. Still same problem.
