Q Box

My main Q box connection is unstable to my TV it doesn't alway pick ul the signal and I keep having to unplug and re plug in the back cable.

 

i have had this box since 2018 so think it's time for a new replacement Q Box

Have you tried a replacement cable?  Or different HDMI port on the TV?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I can't replace the cable as it buried in the wall to my new TV. So not an option unfortunately would be too much of hassle and cost. All the other hdmi are working fine it's just the Q box. Also having issue with it pairing with the mini box at times
