Q Box satellite connector damaged.

The satellite connector plug that goes in the Sky Q box is damaged, resulting in breakup or loss of signal. It will have to be replaced. I have been looking for a telephone number to arrange for a Sky engineer to call and fix the problem, but going round in corcles. It's very frustrating. It looks like it's a simple matter of replacing the jack. I just need a telphone number.

It's on Sky's help page - click 'Need more help?'

How did it get 'damaged'?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
