Q Box No Picture but sound only

On Sunday when I turned my tv on all I had was a blue screen. The sound was there but no picture, after a few hours & multiple tries of turning off, unplugging cables & plugging them back in, it eventually came back on.

Tonight it has happened again but I can't get it back on just have the blue screen. I have taken the HDMI cable off & on, as well as the sky coaxial cables.

Is there anything else I could do? Thanks

Hi @Martin1708 

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which should work for all TV’s.

@Martin1708 hy..i have also faced same problem...my tv goes on sound mode with no picture....i dont know whats the reason.

Hi @Alina66 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
