Pulsating Blue Q Light - not working

Since last night my SkyQ box has been pulsing blue with an amber light showing. 
Every now and again I hear it try and reboot and the red standby light comes on and a message on screen saying your sky box will be ready in a few minutes and then it stops and the light turns back to amber and a pulsating blue Q light. 

This is not the first time this has happened but I have managed to eventually fix it previously. 

I have already tried all the restarts and remote restarts. 

Any ideas? I am becoming extremely frustrated with Sky.

Ordering a new Q box usually means a doorstep swap.
Don’t forget to keep your viewing card from the failed box if you order a replacement.

And don't assume the power cable for the new box is the same. Check that when you do the swap.

My remote is disconnected from tv so now I cannot do anything. 

I have tried to 7 and 9 1 and 3 thing but because the tv won't come on. It can't connect. 

the sky box is finally showing a green light now. But still saying HDMI cable not  connected like before and it has nothing to do wit that.

If there's no image coming out of the box (assuming the TV's on the correct HDMI input) I think the box has had it.
