Sounds like your dish alignment needs checking.  You'll need to call Sky for that.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@Zoe_lioness89  Have you reported this to Sky since it started?  If not Sky would not know of any issues, how much you pay is irrelevant as you've not spoken to Sky to make them aware of any issues.

You could try the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-live-tv/no-satellite-signal/articl...

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Zoe_lioness89
Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed also check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

@Zoe_lioness89

A 'satellite problem' would affect all ten-million-plus Sky satellite television subscribers, and this forum would explode.

A 'satellite dish/signal problem' affects only one household (or the users of one communal dish distribution system)

Re: Probs

It is worse if you've Virgin TV and broadband, Sky are actually the service that is least complained about
