Hi ya I'm having trouble with my telly just the normal channels it keeps jumping then screen keep going blue saying there's a satellite problem but this has been going on since before Christmas I pay all the money for the channels but can't watch them ?? @

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Zoe_lioness89 Have you reported this to Sky since it started? If not Sky would not know of any issues, how much you pay is irrelevant as you've not spoken to Sky to make them aware of any issues.

Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed also check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

A 'satellite problem' would affect all ten-million-plus Sky satellite television subscribers, and this forum would explode.
A 'satellite dish/signal problem' affects only one household (or the users of one communal dish distribution system)

It is worse if you've Virgin TV and broadband, Sky are actually the service that is least complained about
