Problems with sky box

An engineer completed work on my dish and lab last week but the service from you is still failing due to software issues especially with recording shows?

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

Did the engineer not test the box useage after working on the dish and (I presume you mean) LNB?
