I can no longer record or watch anything recorded. I can no longer pause or fast forward anything

Any messages?  Possibly a failing hard disk: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
