Problems with picture

We've just changed our tv and now we don't have a picture just a black screen that flickers on and off. We have sound though. 
we also cannot change channel . 
mall leads are connected properly please help

With the SKY Q box on press the following keys in Sequence

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

which resets the resolution of the box
