Problems with Mini Boxes not starting
A few months ago, we had a problem with the Sky Q 2tb box that we had and the two mini boxes, which meant that we had to reboot all three on an almost daily basis. This meant that when were away, we could not rely on the box to record any programmes. I spoke to one of the Sky people by phone and was sent a new Sky Q as he said that as the box was over 8 years old it might be coming to the end of its' life. This was received and set up correctly, connected to the mini boxes with all three boxes set up as per instructions. However, we are still having problems with the mini boxes in that i generally have to reboot them on a daily basis (sometimes twice in one day) which is very annoying. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you

Hi @Steve745 In the following order:- Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

Thank you. I have done this on several occassions. At most it works for two days then it goes back to the previous. It's odd as it worked ok for several years until recently. I will, however, give this another go.

I did as suggested and this morning I have had to reboot both mini boxes again. I will have to speak to the engineers.
