Re: Problems getting help
Staff at one of these pop up shops in a shopping centre can probably sell you Stream (after all, that's their main objective) but I'm not sure if they can arrange a swap from Sky Q as part of the process. I still think your best bet is by calling Sky.

Re: Problems getting help
Firstly.
Assume from your Sky engineer visit, the tree was badly blocking the Sky dish view.
Unless the tree can be trimmed well, it is possibly why the engineer suggested Sky Stre am.
As you have recently bought new TV, you do not want a Sky Glass TV, but Sky Stream, known as a Sky Stream puck, that will plug into your new TV.
Afraid, we have found that the only way normally is to call Sky, when you have a current Sky service, like Sky Q, as it seems to stop you ordering it online.
It may help, when ringing, to say 'Sky Stream upgrade', at the voice prompt, that may put your through to a more focussed Sky Stream ordering team.
The Sky shops are often very good these days if you have one near you and should be able to change you over from your Sky Q.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
