That is not a SKy Q message - it will be a message from your TV's Freeview (or Freesat) Tuner which may never have been tuned if you only watch using your SKY box
To watch SKY check that you have selected the correct HDMI input on your TV
(If your SKY remote is paired to your TV, you can usually cycle through your TV inputs by using the SKY's remote the button - usually top left - that looks like a TV Screen with arrow pointing inwards from the left - just press this button as many times as needed to go through the inputs)
