Problem with sky wanting me to return my mini box back even though I pay for multiroom
Have updated my sky account to add broadband since doing this sky keep messaging me to send my mini box back even though it clearly shows that I am paying for multiroom

Presumably you haven't cancelled your Multiscreen subscription in error. Has any packaging been delivered to facilitate the equipment return? If not contact Sky and clarify why these messages have been sent.,
