Problem with Disney+ and Sky Staff
Wonder if anyone can advise, I have issues with Disney+, Called sky twice and spoke to what seems like an overseas call center which both times were promised call backs within 2-3 days.
So after 10 days I rasie a complaint about the way the issue is not being handled.
Well after 12 days I get a call from someone again overseas who says they work in the Sky e-mail department, I ask why the e-mail department and not someone from Tecnical, she claims it's due to them having to first make the call and then pass me through to the technical team.
I get her to confirm some details first about what has been sent etc as it appeared to be at first a spam call.
It wasn't a spam call, I then try to dicuss with the lady but again due to the caller being overseas she was struggling to understand what I was asking, so why have someone work in a department to call the UK who struggles with what I call basic english.
I was asking do I need to be in front of my Sky box as I am not home but at work?
She finnaly gets to understand and says no the technical team will assist but I also ask will someone from the comnplaints team call me back to discuss my complaint and the answer I got was YES.
So I am passed to the Technical team, again overseas and ask the question, do I need to be in front of the Sky box and the answer is YES, so waisted all that time as they now again have to call me back.
But then I get an e-mail saying my complaint has been closed, again not what was said or agreed.
So can I ask is there anyway to speak to someone who has a better undertsanding of my issues, it seems the overseas call centers and technical teams Sky is now using do not seem to be able to understand.
Maybe a UK based customer sewrvice team or complaints department?
Thank you.

Re: Problem with Disney+ and Sky Staff
You initially posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ boxes are incapable of receiving Disney+.
What TV service do you subscribe to?

You'd have to state what the issue is with the Disney+ app first.

A UK Based phone number rather then having to fight the Sky AI which is another issue all together?

Re: Problem with Disney+ and Sky Staff
All calls go to the next available agent wherever they are based.
All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

But answering the question from @Me134 may save you a call.

I need to speak to someone in the complaints team, the issue with Disney+ and the fact I can not use it is a seperate issue.
