Problem getting worse over the last two weeks. Cannot watch a recording properly

Cannot watch recorded programmes due to continuous message 'there is a technical fault with this channel. Please try later'. Done all the restart, switch off switch on. Not responding at all now.

Hi @Donnamacl 

If you cannot make new recordings look like you may have a hard drive failure.

Check through the following link and it will lead to box replacement if you cannot solve your issue.

Thank you for your prompt reply. So far so good - but of a bummer losing recordings, but can live with it if it's sorted! Thanks again.
