Price quoted on phone does not match the price on my next bill
I was quoted a price of £77.50 on the phone last week to renew my contract from October
The price showing on my Octobers bill is £87.50
How do I rectify this

You need to look at future bills to see if they reflect the price you agreed so what does your November bill say?

Could the £10 difference be an admin fee, does this appear on your bill viewable via the MySky app or online here:
