Posted wrong remote back to sky
I cancelled my Sky TV subscription so received the box from sky to post the box and tv remote back
however , I have mistakenly sent my actual TV remote back Instead of the sky remote and need it sent back , then I can send the correct remote back
can someone please help me asap so I can get my actual remote back

Mmm.
You may have an issue I'm afraid @Ianelms .
The Sky returns system can be very chaotic and I suspect your remote could get lost in the system.
I will escalate your post to Sky but I don't hold out much hope.

I agree with @oldfella
Returns go to a Unipart warehouse and they are currently taking weeks to process returns. It may be a lot quicker to try to obtain a new remote for your TV from a retailer.
