Today I looked at my iCloud account and I had two new devices added that I did not authorise. Both with the name SKY and the below model numbers.

Titan(ES340A-d8UKIE)
MR BOX

please can you advise of what this is and why they have added to my private iCloud account as new devices. Is this a hack or is this sky?

Those names are what the Sky Q boxes push out.

They represent a main Sky Q box and a Sky Q mini box
