My Sky Q picture often pixelates - not only during poor weather/rain - but often due to data requirements (ie large data / complex pictures) - I can also guarantee for example that during "THE SIMPSONS" - It will pixelate once after about 10 minutes - this is annoying.......
Has anybody got a reason for this ?
Is this something that can be fixed by a larger dish or realignment ?
We did not get a new dish, when we downgraded from HD to Q, 13 months ago

Follow through the advice in the help article below. There is a booking an engineer online option on Section 5.

@Anonymous
It does sound like your dish and LNB need checking. You should run through the troubleshooing here and at the end it will offer you the option of booking an engineer visit.

@letticeI have gone through the fault finding and there's nothing to help me with an ocassional breaking up of the picture - when I go through it, it ends up on "NO SATELLITE SIGNAL" which it is not
