Poor Service

My sky system broke approximately 4/5 weeks ago . Sky said system was outdated needed to change to SKy Q. Took 10 days for engineering to come out. Not fixed , rang sky again another 10 days later another engineer comes out. He says previous engineer did not submit email to request signal for 2 sky mini boxes. They failed to do thst . Engineer said the signal would come in with 5 min to 4 hours .. he said his manager confirmed the email was sent this time. No luck still broke.. rang engineer came back out . Not fixed told us to contact Eir thst the Wi-Fi wasn't picking up the sky q IP adress. Wasn't an issue with Eir , rang engineer again twice and texted no response ... system now not functioning 5 weeks . I want to speak to a senior manager in Sky

@Gill272 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
