Poor Internet connection

I have tried everything from troubleshooting, reseting, checking all devices and the connection is still terrible this has been going on now for nearly six months and when I do broadband check and check connection it claims to be receiving 33mbps this I do not not believe at all, is the online connection test real or is is it to pull the wool over customers eyes really fed up with this now.

Is this an issue with the internet connection with you Sky Q, or about the internet connection in general? If it's the later, your in the wrong area of this forum, you want to be asking here:
