Please help!
I had a blue screen , lights are on but nobody is home...! No access to any tx
v since last Saturday I'm single mam 3 kids but working 7.30 - 6 pm full timeso no time to call🤷🏻♀️ dreading another weekend with no tv...
did have Netflix now nothing? Do t know what to do it says no connectivity but broadband working ?

So you can get to the menu on the Q? But no image when you choose a channel?

You mention no connectivity but what exactly is the message your getting on your screen ? Can you provide a screenshot which may help us
