Play list not working

I go to my play list or anyone else's in the family that has one and its all the same. It shows you all the programs you have on there and when you go to play one.... anyone. It says please wait! It just tries to load but it dosent get anywhere. Iv reset the Internet and unplugged and replugged things and still nothing. How do I fix this please

@09Willow  Sky Q where you have posted does not have playlist, do you have Sky Stream?
