Pixelation on various channels

I have been suffering with pixelation and stuttering for a while now. Seems to affect a range of channels. Signal strength etc. are all good with green ticks. Do I need to get an engineer?

hi @Glenn46

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

BTW The signal quality indicator on SKY Q is slightly misleading as it doesn't show the status of the current channel but shows a fixed transponder set in an engineer's menu

Most likely dish alignment. Not all channels are on the same satellite hence why some pixilate and some don't.

Not all channels are on the same frequency

And the signal test only uses one specific frequency.
