I am getting freezing and pixelation on the TV connected to the main SKY Q box. I have done all the things suggested online, like re-start, check the LNB status, it is not a weather issue or something in the way of my sky dish.

Please see the following page that covers a few problems (you have possibly already done most) - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

Thanks for the reply I managed to get an engineer out and he replaced the LMB and the main sky box
