Pixelated imagery with Sky Q

Hoping someone could help me. We had a really bad storm the other day which caused the signal to act up. It didn't show a message saying no signal, but the images would be distorted or lagging. The following day was fine but now it's been like this for the last couple of days even in good weather conditions. Signal strength is at 60 and signal quality is at 90 so I'm not sure what could be causing this. Coming to the conclusion that there might be an issue with the cables. Anyone had a similar issue before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Call Sky to log a fault perhaps?   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Cheers I'll have to ring on Monday as I can't think of what else could be causing this.
