Hi. Could anyone please help?
I have an issue with only some channels pixelating-which also affects the sound. The issue only affects about 5 channels and not the +1 channels of same.
I have tried the usual-check connections, verified no damage or obstruction to dish & it's not communal, restarted box, issue not weather related. The Sky tech team walk me through these steps and an engineer was been suggested.....any chance someone out there could help before I go on a waitlist for tech visit?

As you've been through the Troubleshooting you'll need an engineer, the issue will either be with the Sky box, dish or the cabling.
