Picture is pixelating on 103 and 415

Signal is fine during the day but come the evening ITV HD becomes pixelated and Sky Sports Racing is unwatchable - all other channels appear ok so what is the problem?

Mine is doing the same thing, fine during the day but pixelating like crazy from 6pm onwards!

Have you tried a reboot of the Sky Q box?

Sky have said ours is a transponder issue and engineer booked. Thanks

@DicerP  It won't be a transponder issue if they are sending an engineer it's more likely a dish issue.

 

A speciific transponder failing or having an issue would affect every single user on satellite, an engineer could not fix that unless he's going to fly 26000 miles up to the satellite.
