Picture interrupted

Anytime there's any wind. Every channel goes very blocky in its picture. It only started 1 month ago.

My Dish is on the gable end of the property. On a pole. Which was the only way to get a reception in the first place. This dish has been up approx 18 months. Do I need to call an engineer out?
