Over the past week when it rains the picture starts to deteriorate. This includes sound disappearing, picture freezing, colour goes crazy and eventually screen goes blue with a satellite error message.
The wind doesn't effect it - only when it's raining. Water getting into the satellite dish?

Hi @Satvai Yes unfortunately during heavy rain or thunderstorms this can happen to your signal from the dish!

As mentioned, picture and sound breakup can happen with very heavy rain.
however, it could be your dish is slightly misaligned.
Your signal levels should be 80% or better and quality 90% or better.
These are shown under settings on the Q box.
If they are low it's worth getting the dish checked.
