I had Sky Q setup on 13/02/2023 and have Sky Cinema so I tried to set Paramountplus but kept getting MYSKY_2306 error.
I rang support 24th February 2023, they tried various things, refresh apps, update software and reformat hard drive but still got the error.
I have never had a Paramountplus account.
The support guy said the issue is known and is being investgated but isn't able to gave a date when it will be fixed or provide updates.
This is very poor of Sky, I have no clue if anyone from Sky is actually investigating the issue.
