Paramount +

Paramount + was working perfect on SKY Q till I  had to replace my new Sky box with Sky technician. 

It seemed like a rushed job. He did check everything was working properly before he left but Paramount + app is no longer working and if I want Paramount + i have to pay for it. not a happy customer.

I'm assuming that you've logged into the app using the credentials that were created when you first used it? (When you get a new box all the login details for apps like Disney, Netflix, Paramount etc will need reentering)

If you can't remember the password head over to the Paramount plus website and use the password reset/forgot password options.

 

If you have done the above then a call to Sky is your best bet.
