Paramount + signing in not working

hi i have the same issue as this below.... Please assist as i really wish to be able to use Paramount ±

 

I have already set up the access to paramount+ app and it worked fine. I went to access it today and the welcome screen confirmed my email account was visible. The box saying sign in with sky account was highlighted but when I pressed the button nothing happened. I could move down to the sign in with another account box and that selected ok, but I dont have another account so went back to log in with sky account but it still didn't register that I was pressing the ok button.

I had the issue with the major outage in January. my users were unable to access Paramount+ or got the message so I've left it for a few months. I've tried to try elsewhere, but I've reset everything I've logged out and when I go to login, I'm getting the same uh oh. There's been a problem message and unable to access Paramount+. Any help would be appreciated as I've spent literally hours on phone calls and emails and messages in January and I'm not doing it again

@Brill+Gill   can you help at all?  I spent hoirs with 11 different people trying to resolve this in January- from reactivating, to removing packagaes to resubscribing....     Thanks! Chris
