Paramount plus subscription

Hi, I signed up to one years free subscription to paramount through sky VIP but I can't find out how to check when the subscription ends so I can cancel it, I've been pointed back to sky by paramount, can anyone help? Thankyou

You can cancel anytime and it'll simply turn off at the end of the 12 month period, no need to try and catch it with 31 days left. I cancelled within the first month with no issues.

The vip offer you have   you actually had to sign up on the paramount web site. Though the it was Sky vip offer, that where Sky  involment ends as your subscription is directly with Paramount + who took you payment details when you signed up.  In reality it is a offer for Paramount + to get new subscribers as it not available to exsisting paramount subscribers .If you want to view your account details you have to go on the paramout + web site and login to you account. You should be able to view you account and when the next date of payment. If you are still in the 7 day free trail period it will show a payment date 7 days after you opened your account. Don't worry no money will be taken on that date as it also says underneath "1 year free promotion " after that payment date has passed it should the next payment date which if have the yearly payment plan which is the only one you can have with promotion it should the next payment is next year. A word of warning when you signed up you should had a warning on screen message telling if you canceled your subscription in promotion period your subscription will be can cancelled immediately and you lose remaking free promotion period. This may be contrary to what Sky may have told you which is wrong. As I said you are in. contact with paramount +  direct, Sky involvement in this offer finished when the gave you offer code, so if you do want to cancel do not do so until a day a or so be fore the next payment date next year, I have spke to so someone who did cancel during the premotion perid  and found she ha lost total access to paramount plus and the subscription cancelled

 On no you can't,the subscription in this offer  is directly with paramount plus who you have subscribed directly. On there web sites.  The only way you can view this subscription is on the paramount web sites  . Sky involment of this offer ended when they gave you the offer code. It can not be viewed on the my Sky app or the Sky web site and is not a subscription though sky

As you may gather I did not know the details of this specific offer, which I did not realise was just a  discount code to sign up directly - thanks for the clarification

I tried to log in through their website but it just keeps trying to set me up with a new subscription, I signed up prior to getting the offer through sky which seems to be a separate sign up to my previous ones even though I've tried all the email addresses I have, I did try the first reply and went to my products but the app wasn't there as you confirmed. I'm going to try messaging paramount to see if they can help. Wish I hadn't signed up now!

Managed to do it through paramount plus agent I used a different email address to the one I use for sky and foubd the dates there, thanks for your help everyone

Yes in reality it just a promotion by Paramount to get new customers as is not available to existing paramount subscribers either though sky or direct.
