Paramount plus not working with SkyQ credentials

Hello, Hope someone can help. Have an original Sky Q Silver. Have re added Sky Cinema but have issue where Sky thinks I've linked the account and Paramount Plus doesn't. I can't get a password reset email from them either as they don't see the account.
