Trying to watch my Paramountplus on my Sky q box and it's saying that while I am signed in 'there is no active subscription' (which is not true as I've had it with no problems for ages) Also it is showing as active on my sky account.
Please help I've been trying all sorts of things- I've re-freshed the apps and re-started my box all to no avail.
