Paramount plus activation issues

I have been trying for ages to get paramount plus which I should have with my sky cinema subscription. When I try to activate it says I have already activated but when I try to login it says is have to pay. I only have one email and only have had for years so it can only have been activated with that email. When I phone sky they say they can't see what email has been activated and when I contact paramount they say they can't help unless I know the email that has been used. I have asked sky to inactivate the link but they say they can't. Any ideas!!?
