Paramount + not working since box upgrade.

I had to get a new Sky Q box. 

 

On attempting to log into paramount + it shows that I have the basic subscription but the paramount plus account says that I dont have an active subscription. I'm sure I didnt use an alternative email address although I did have to make a new account (could sky advise which email was used to create the original account if applicable) 

 

I've contacted Paramount + twice who have said they will liase with Sky however I have not heard back. I was told I could check up on the progress by using their live chat but I am now unable to access it. 

 

Sky live chat is never available for this when I check.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this? Can it be escalated to sky staff?
