Paramount+ not working on SkyQ

Paramount+ is free with my Sky Cinema, and I have been using the app fuss free until this weekend, now it wants me to "Get Started" or "Sign Out" or "Sign In". All options lead me to the Payment Options page to pay £4.99 a month. Going round in circles trying to solve this. Anybody able to solve this.

Have managed to solve this through MySky. I'm embarassed to say that my payment card had expired so the "no ads standard" £3.00 option no longer worked, knocking the free option off as well.

hi @KarrynA 

 

When selecting the Sign in option, are you sure you are using the correct credentials (email & Password) you initially set up - note these are not SKY credentials (although you may have used the same email address)

Glad you have resolved this @KarrynA  & thank you for letting us know both that you have sorted it & the reason
