replacement sky q box arrived today. Missing paramount plus

"we're sorry, this app isn't currently available"

I've gone to settings to refresh apps. Still not there?

any ideas pleae

Seems I have managed to get this fixed.

spoke on phone.

software on the replacement box was pre paramount plus

needed to update

Something I was told was then "pushed" to box.

I did a refresh of apps again

searched with voice and paramount working
