it worked in January but hasn't worked for the last 3-4 months. It says I'm logged in but no active subscription.

Same issue, Been trying for the last 6mth, to get this sorted - Sky mentioned something about legacy issues. No one can help sort it out

Not sure if this will help, but I had and issue with Paramount + and the QR Code. It took me to my Sky Account, I logged in, it activated and then redirected me to the Paramount+ App I had installed on my phone, which wanted me to sign up or log in. I had an account but wasn't subscribed, so logged in and it wanted me to pay. So I tried creating a new account and got exactly the same. Contacted Sky, two separate people told me the Paramount Account needed deleting, which made so sense to me. Contacted Paramount who sent instructions, I replied with screen shots, and they referred to the expired account. I asked them to therefore delete the account. A day later and I went to check if the account was deleted ,and it wasn't however I gave one last try and got the same results. Then I tried typing in the website it gives on the left hand side above the code (sorry I can't remember what it is) where the QR code is on the right. This took me to a place where I could enter the code. I then logged in using my existing account on my phone and Sky box (so it didn't need deleting after all). Then had to message Paramount to say don't delete my account. Hopefully they'll get that and not delete it.

So I'd try the web address and see if that helps.
