Hi,
I am a Paramount customer via Sky. Both my Sky and Paramount accounts are linked, and Paramount is working fine on my Sky Q main box.
However, I cannot get Paramount to work on either my Sky Q mini box or my Android phone. When I go through the activation process I keep being asked to subscribe at £6.99 a month. I have tried numerous times, both the Get Paramount route and the Sign In route with no success. Sky does not appear in the Sign in with partner option.
I've changed my Paramount password several times but the problem continues.

All sorted now thanks. Paramount were very helpful. Turns out I had forgotten I'd used an alternative email address when I initially registered.
