Paramount + activated but cannot access on tv

Received reminder from Sky to activate Paramount + and followed this up to create account. However when I try to enter my email address and password I receive message saying one of these is incorrect. I have used the password I created when I activated Paramount account and also tried my Sky password but neither worked. Cannot even do Forgot Password as no email is sent to allow this.
