Paramount Plus

I can't access paramount plus, I pay £3 for no adverts. When I go to login and activate account it's says I've linked my account.

however when I go to login to paramount through SKY it isn't a select partner anymore. It also says I don't have an active account.

 

has sky finished with paramount?

hi @Ultimatepc 

 

No Sky has not finished with Paramount +

 

Note the option for Accounts through SKY is not (& never has been ) 'Sign in with Partner' which can be confusing

So I have checked the threads completed all the basic resets as requested by a super user and yet it says oops we have encountered a problem which will be sorted soon.

when I log into paramount plus on my iPhone it say I have no active account. Sign up for a package...

I then checked my account on sky and says it's active and linked ok.

 

so what is the plan to get this to work. Please don't send a basic response to refresh apps and check internet as these have all been done.


Hopefully someone will know what's going on. Also thanks for a response

I have been in the same situation for a few weeks now, spent many hours on the phone to sky. Refreshing, resetting changing things and still no solution. Basically told to wait for it to resolve itself.
