After many phone calls relating to this I have waved the white flag. Call after call to poeple who can barely speak English who passed me different person to different person. They offered to change the email my Paramount Plus account was linked too and despite reading it out several times they spelt it wrong so  my Paramount Plus account is now linked to an email address I don't even have. Eventually, I was put through to some who thanked me for being a Sky Mobile customer of 12 years. Which I'm not.
