Just got a new TV (Sony) and have paired the Sky Remote. It does everything apart from turn the TV off, sp we have to use the Sony remote for that. Any suggestions please 🙏

@Angela96 I have a Sony too, have you tried to hold the on/off button on the Sky remote for slightly longer, as mine takes a second longer to turn the TV off.
If not try and pair again, usually the Tv turns off when it's paired correctly during set up.
