Over paying for poor services
I've had to book an engineer visit, my services have been poor for a couple of weeks now! I assume as I cannot watch my streaming tv I won't be charged my full bill?

Re: Over paying for poor services
@Den82 you assume wrong, I'm afraid. It's something you'll need to discuss with Sky.

Re: Over paying for poor services
Billing continues as normal during a fault. After it's fixed you could call Sky and ask if they'll place a credit on your account for the period your service has been affected but Sky are under no obligation to do so, especially for a 'poor' service which suggests your TV viewing hasn't been totally inoperative.
