Our box has a delayed response, none of our recording icons will load

Our sky Q box is not loading content on screen and is delayed. The recordings icons are not loading and if we click on then the screen is black. It then starts to play but echos the sound on the current channel we had it on. If you try to ff it keeps jumping back. We have trying turning it off and on again numerous times and no improvement. Any ideas???

Log the issue with Sky: they'll probably want to swap out the box.

Remember to remove the viewing card before handing over to a courier.

@TimmyBGood @Thank you, we did wonder if this might be the box on its way out. Just spent 45mins in the phone queue to sky, just to be cut off at 9pm. 
The screen shows the icon square of the thing recorded but no picture and you click on it and it's all slow and delayed. If it does start to play, it takes forever to load and tha fast forward just keeps jumping back.

Quite possibly a failing hard drive.  Sky don't bother trying to remedy such things on site: it's much simpler for everyone to swap out the hardware.
