Same thing happening here, no reset option, try to connect via wps, got both the box and router flashing orange but the box won't find it to connect. It's 3 feet away!

This same thing is happening to me! I came on here for answers. 

 

It told me to reset network settings... which I did. And now I can't connect it back to the Sky router. It just tries to connect for 5 minutes and then says failed. This has been happening since Sunday.

I got a sky booster today. Had to put the booster beside the router and hit reset on both and then press the Wps on both to get them to connect to each other. Once this happened I moved the booster closer to the sky q box and it automatically connected to router. And to my surprise the sky q box connected to the router by going through the connection process. My sky q box had previously been connected to router but after a power cut it would not reconnect so sky customer service suggested a booster and I was sceptical but it worked

Might have been either close to the limit before or maybe the power cut has slightly damaged something in the antenna of the router or Q.

I've just been on the help chat for 2 hours, followed all the steps they told me to the letter (including resetting the box), and now I still have no sky box internet connection, and also have no satellite signal either! There is an engineer coming in 5 days. I reccommend not doing this, as now i can't even watch tv

Similar issue here. My connection has been consistently unstable over the past day or so. I went to reset the connection on the box and now it cannot find the router. Has there been any fix found? I am rebooting again now trying for the 4th time

Skybox won't connect to sky  router, it's not able to find it on the normal wps push connect. When I select connect on other broadband provider it can find it but password not working. I am running 2.4ghz to get better coverage. I spent 2 hrs on phone resetting the router. Its working fine on everything else.

I think you can't do the "other internet" option with SkyBB which I know sounds mad.

 

Maybe a booster will work for you too. Surprised they didn't suggest it.

 

or use ethernet / powerlines

I am currently having the same issue. Done the reset held the wps  followed all instructions and still not connected. 

Come on sky we pay way over the odds for our multi room service to not actually get the services we pay for is beyond frustrating

@NB1932 if you have Sky broadband you need to enable the 5Ghz chanel as this is hat the main and mini boxes use to communicate with Sky broadband the router form part of this mesh which maybe why your WPS button is not woking

If your broadband is not Sky the yes you can only connect your router to the main box on the 2.4Ghz band and you do need connect through other broadband provider

@Jimson2515 if you have Sky broadband are you pressing the wps button on the router when trying to connect your main box ?
